本日、アメリカから日本郵便へ破損配達の証明に関して連絡がありました

お客様から破損配達を証明する必要な書類が提出されない為に、作業を進める事が出来ないとの内容です

お客様へお伺いなのですが
そのような書類は受け取っていますか?
また受け取っている場合、記入し担当者宛に発送していただけましたか?

この書類が提出されない場合、当店は日本郵便から破損配達に関する保証を受けられません

I am writing in response to your email dated on June 22 that stated how the two CDs that you had bought the other day was spoilt.
Today, we received correspondence in regards to proving that the damage occurred during delivery from the USA to Japan Post Office.
If you do not provide evidence that states how damage was done during delivery, I am afraid that we will not be able to proceed on with the procedure.
Hence, I will like to ask you about the kind of document you have received.
Also, could you submit this document to the personnel in charge that was indicated on it?

If we do not receive this document, our store would not be able to receive any confirmation in regards to the blotched delivery from Japan Post Office.

I'm contacting you about the 2 CDs that you purchased the other day and were delivered broken on June 22.

Today, there was a message from the US Post to Japan Post about certificate for broken item delivery.

They said they couldn't proceed with their work as you haven't submitted a necessary document that proves broken item delivery.

Have you received such a document?
If you have, have you already filled it out and sent it to the person in charge?

Without submission of this document, we are unable to receive a compensation for broken item delivery from Japan Post.

I’m writing in regard to your inquiry about your two Sets of CD that were delivered to you on 22nd of June, which had already been broken upon delivery.

Japan Post received a notice regarding the damaged delivery from U.S office today.

According to their email, they claims that they haven’t been able to make an arrangement since they haven’t received necessary documents to prove the damage from you.

Have you received such documents? If you have, we’d like to know if you already filled it out and sent it to someone in charge or not.

Please understand that if you don’t submit this documents, we won’t be qualified for the warranty regarding the damaged delivery.

Let me please explain for your declarer that two CDs you have purchased were broken already when you received it on June 22th.

Today, I got a evidence that it was damaged during the delivery from America to post in Japan.

Since they have not still received necessary document the evidence of this problem from you, they are not able to solve it.

So I would like to ask you if you have received the document by any chance, or not.
