日程遅れはご指摘の通りです。Gの情報提供遅れに加え、AからBを受け取り記録する作業に予定より時間を要しました。Cのエラーが多発した為です。今日中にはこちらの作業を全て終える予定ですので、別途日程調整させて下さい。またDについてはEを使うことでFと合意済です。日程調整完了後、日程変更と同時に更新版を送りたいと考えていますが差支えないでしょうか?また当方の口座にエラーが生じており、返金に時間を要しています。8/7までには手続を終え返金完了予定ですので申し訳ありませんがお待ち下さい

All of our jobs will be completed by the end of today, so please let me arrange the schedule separately.
Also, F agreed to use E for D.

Currently, our account faces error, so it takes a lot of time to return the money.

Just as you pointed out, the schedule has been delayed. In addition to the fact that G could not provide information on time and it took longer than we expected to receive B from A and record it. The delay is due to multiple errors on C. As we will complete all our tasks today, we would like to rearrange the schedule. We have also agreed with F on using E for D. Could we send the schedule update and the updated version after we rearranged the schedule? Since an error is occurring on our bank account, it will take longer than usual to refund. The delay of the date was as you stated.
More over the delay of the information of G provided, It took time to record of the receiving from A to B compared to the planned timing. This has been because of enormous error occurrence. We are now working for the completion of fixtures within today, please let us adjust the schedule again.
And regarding D, it was already agreed to use B with F.

As you pointed out, the schedule has been delayed, as information provided by G has been late and it took some time to receive B from A and to record it. It's because of the multiple errors occurred at C. We will complete all the tasks by today and will arrange the date accordingly. Also, as for D, we have agreed with F to use E.
