However, the seller has no intention of shipping the item and has never contacted me, although I emailed him many times.

I won a bid the item number 372660979894, music record (Gordon Giltrap/Portrait Transatlantic TRA 202 U.K.) on May 6th, however, this seller is unwilling to send the item out and s/he has never replied to me although I tried to contact her/him many times.

Transatlantic TRA 202 U.K.) has been accepted in bidding on 6th of May, the saler seems to send item at all, I did not receive any response from it even with several times of corresponding. I would like eBay side to do anything for this. With regards.
