Since we do not process third-party payments, we cannot force a refund. Only your payment provider can do this. If you have not done so already, please contact your payment provider.
If you paid via PayPal, you should file a claim with them to get your money back. PayPal payments are protected, and in most cases you should be able to get your money back as long as you file a claim before their deadline.
If you paid via Bank Transfer, please contact your bank to file a chargeback.
