動作確認は弊社のネジでしか出来ません。
規格が同じでもネジが使えないことが今までありますか？
御社の言う様に製品不良ではなく、弊社のネジに合わないとして、
単体でパーツだけを販売しても、顧客はどのネジと組合わせて使うのか分からないので
もしまた動作しない場合、不良品として返される可能性は高いです。
顧客は規格が同じなのに動かないのは不良品だと言うでしょう
3本販売してしまったのでネジは87本、充電器は47個あると思います。
