弊社の取り扱いのネジの規格は500です。他のネジは扱っていないので
動作確認は弊社のネジでしか出来ません。
規格が同じでもネジが使えないことが今までありますか？
御社の言う様に製品不良ではなく、弊社のネジに合わないとして、
単体でパーツだけを販売しても、顧客はどのネジと組合わせて使うのか分からないので
もしまた動作しない場合、不良品として返される可能性は高いです。
顧客は規格が同じなのに動かないのは不良品だと言うでしょう
3本販売してしまったのでネジは87本、充電器は47個あると思います。
Our the specification of the screw will be 500, we don't use other screws, therefore the operation check will only be done on our screw.
Do you have any case not being able to use the screw even though same specifications?
As you say, not only defects on the production, it doesn't match with our screw, only selling part, we don't know
the mixture of using with other screw by our customers,in case of not working, there might be found to be as defective .Our customer believes that not working is the reason for them to find any defects.
Sold screw was 87 for set of three, and 47 chargers probably.
