為替リスクを回避するため、B調達品はドル建契約を増やすことが会社の方針とされました。これをAとしました。

In order to get rid of the risk over exchanging rate,for the procurement D has been decided with the contract on US dollar by company's policy. I take it to A.
It seems to be easy if you think it over, but no one thought it was suspicious if it went up the ratio for contract in US dollar base for the B.We all forgot about the the risk coming from exchanging rate of currencies .
And as you might know, US president Trump decided to his policy for the same risk. It is not always the best way to carry on US Dollar basis business. Please proceed working carefully with G.
