事実として私たちは９年間この仕事を行い、正しい商品を送っています。
しかし、今回を含めて３回ロシアでのみ盗難や商品のすり替えのアクシデントが起こります。
そのために私たちは高額を払い保険に加入しています

Have you sent the damage report to Russian Post?
We haven't received the answer of the inquiry that we had sent before.
Please let us know the answers of the following questions.
Also, if you don't send a damage report immediately after you receive an item, there is a strong possiblity that the post office regards the item has been delivered safely without any problems.
Autually, we have been in business for the past nine years and delivering items properly.
However, incuding this one, we've experienced three occasions of theft or exchange of items only in Russia.
This is the reason we have to pay high premium for insurance.
