Regards the shipping cost you mentioned, please advise us(me) the actual shipping cost for the product(s) first. If the actual shipping cost is less than $13.32, there's no need for the refund but if it is over $13.32, we(I) need to consider the cancellation.

Regarding the shipping fee you contacted me about. First before you ship the product, please let me know how much the actual shipping cost is going to be. If it is under $13.32, then there is no need to do a refund, but if the shipping fee is way over $13.32, then I will consider canceling the order.

Regarding the shipping cost that you have previously contacted me about, please inform me the exact amount for the shipping before you dispatch the products. You don't need to refund the balance if the shipping cost is less than $13.32. However, if the shipping cost exceeds $13.32 substantially, I may cancel my purchase.
