早速、引越しの荷物の件ですが、規定の1400ポンドでは収まらないと予想されるので、超過分の払込みをクレジットカードで払えるようにしていただけることを望みます。私の家に見積もりに来ていただける日は来週早々でも構いませんので、よろしくお願いします。仮に250〜300ポンドの超過だと超過料金はどれくらいかかりますかね？ だいたいでいいのですが教えていただければ参考になります。ちなみに私は英語がほとんど話せないので通訳の方が入っていない限りは電話での’やり取りはご遠慮願います。

Regarding our moving baggage, I think 1400 lbs seems to be never enough to cover, I will make a payment for that using credit card. Please issue the invoice for that. I would like you to come to my house for making a estimate . If it will be early next week will be fine.Wondering how much extra should I pay more if the total weight will be around 250-300lbs? It will help if you let me have the information for the reference.I don't speak English so that it is difficult to talk over the telephone . I just need an interpreter to go well with for that reason.
