○○アパート、#2070のTerryです。昨日から台所のディスポーザーが動かなくなりましたので業者に修理をお願いしたいのですが。また玄関のドアの開閉がスムーズにいかないので、そちらも調整してほしいのです。鍵がうまく回らずに何分も扉を開けるのに苦労したりしてます。私は日中は仕事でいないのですが、修理は私がいない時に入室してやってもらっても構わないのでお願いします。よろしくです。

I am Terry of #2070 at ○○ apartment. A disposer in the kitchen has stopped working since yesterday, and I want someone from a maintenance company to come and fix it. Also the front door does not open and close smoothly, so I want him to fix it as well. A key of the front door does not turn well and I have a hard time opening it. I can not turn the key smoothly and have to struggle with it, which always takes time.
