今年度は部署の委員長が入れ替わりBさん他4名で来年3月まで担当します。その下にチーム毎8名の委員がおります。尚私は所定の任期3年を過ぎているため年度途中で交代予定です。また休暇残業の状況を確認させて頂きました。もちろん協定違反はありませんでしたが90を超過している人が5名おり改善が必要と考えます。業務の偏り等を減らして頂きたいです。
