最初に我々の今年度の体制を説明させて頂きます。我々の上位組織としてAがあり執行委員長、専従者がそれぞれおります。その下に執行委員が2名おります。
今年度は部署の委員長が入れ替わりBさん他4名で来年3月まで担当します。その下にチーム毎８名の委員がおります。尚私は所定の任期3年を過ぎているため年度途中で交代予定です。また休暇残業の状況を確認させて頂きました。もちろん協定違反はありませんでしたが90を超過している人が5名おり改善が必要と考えます。業務の偏り等を減らして頂きたいです。

First of all, I am going to explain about this year's organizational structure. A is situated as our upper level organization which has the chair man and family employees. There are two executive committees underneath it.
The department chair has been replaced this year and B and 4 others will be in charge until next March. There are 8 committees per team under it. As for my part, since my term of office have exceeded the three-year-period, I will be replaced during the year. Also I have confirmed the status of holidays and overtime work. Of course there was no breach of agreement, but for those 5 people who are over 90 require improvement, I think. I would like you to minimize the uneven distribution of business.
