最初に我々の今年度の体制を説明させて頂きます。我々の上位組織としてAがあり執行委員長、専従者がそれぞれおります。その下に執行委員が2名おります。
今年度は部署の委員長が入れ替わりBさん他4名で来年3月まで担当します。その下にチーム毎８名の委員がおります。尚私は所定の任期3年を過ぎているため年度途中で交代予定です。また休暇残業の状況を確認させて頂きました。もちろん協定違反はありませんでしたが90を超過している人が5名おり改善が必要と考えます。業務の偏り等を減らして頂きたいです。
First of all, I will explain the system for this fiscal year. We have A as our higher organization including an executive chairperson, full-time staff as respectively. There are two more executive committee members below. B will be a replacement for our chairperson in the department this fiscal year and the other four people will be in charge until March next year. Under that, there are eight members for each team. Moreover, I will be replaced in the middle of the year due to the predetermined three-year expiry of the service term. I also checked the status of the vacation over time. I didn't see any violation against the agreement, of course, but I saw five people who exceeded ninety. I assume some kind of improvement needs to be applied. I'd like to work on reducing a business bias and so on.
