I have less stress and come up with food ideas if there is no time pressure. With good enough time I can get an overview on things and work gets more efficient as the result.
However there is also a disadvantage to have much time: my interest get deviated into other things or I don't work or work slow, without time pressure.
With strict time I can concentrate on the work and finish it earlier. But it makes me often more tired and gives me stress.
