Time pressureがないときの方がストレスもないし、いいアイディアも浮かびやすいです。また時間に余裕があると物事を俯瞰することができ、結果効率的になると思います。
しかし、ネガティブな面もあります。time pressureがないと他の事に興味が行ってしまい、仕事をさぼりがちになったり、時間がかかったりします。

STRICT timeで仕事をすると、仕事に集中でき、早く仕事を終えることができます。しかし、疲れやすくなったり、ストレスがたまりやすいです。

When there is no time pressure there is also no stress amd good ideas easily come to mind. Also, when you have extra time, I think you can achieve a bird's eyeview on things and as a result become efficient.


However, it also has a negative side.Without time pressure you will become interested in other things, you will develop a tendency to escape from work and this takes up time.

Doing work in strict time can make you be absorbed in work and so you can finish work early. However, you become easily tired and it becomes easy to accumulate stress.
