マニュアルを確認しました。
まずヒューズは切れてません。
電源は入ります。
ただ音は出ません。
内部リレーは中から聞こえません。
外部スイッチは使用してません。
TAPEボタン何度も押しましたが変化はありません。
ショートピンを挿しても外しても変化はありません。
おそらく電源を入れてランプが光ったので動作するものと勘違いされたのでは
ないですか？
完全に故障してます。
修理代の半分で結構です。
残りの半分は当方で負担しますので。
PAYPALより125ドルのご返金をお願いします。

I have checked the manual.
First of all, the fuse is not out of work.
Power works.
However, there is no sound coming out.
I cannot hear inter relay from inside.
I have not used outer switch.
There is no change although I have pressed TAPE button many times.
There is no change even though I pressed and took out the short pin.
Maybe, you might have mistaken as it worked as the lamp flashed when you put the power in?
It is completely out of work.
You can pay a half of repair.
I will own the half of it.
Please issue me a refund of $125 via PayPal.
