マニュアルを確認しました。
まずヒューズは切れてません。
電源は入ります。
ただ音は出ません。
内部リレーは中から聞こえません。
外部スイッチは使用してません。
TAPEボタン何度も押しましたが変化はありません。
ショートピンを挿しても外しても変化はありません。
おそらく電源を入れてランプが光ったので動作するものと勘違いされたのでは
ないですか？
完全に故障してます。
修理代の半分で結構です。
残りの半分は当方で負担しますので。

I've checked the manual.
First of all the fuse is not cut.
I can turn on.
However, there is no sound.
I cannot hear inner relay from inside.
Outside switch is not used.
I pressed TAPE switch many times without any success.
I inserted short pin but there was no change.
I wonder you thought this is working because when it is turned on, lamp gets turned on.
This is completely out of order.
You can pay me half of the repair cost, I will pay the rest.
