すると、ebay上で「2個まとめて」の取引状態になっているため、そのうち1個だけをキャンセルする場合、手続きが複雑になるということでした。
そのため、キャンセル処理をせずに、PayPalへ「返金のみ」行います。
ただし、あなたのPayPalアカウント側で手数料が引かれる為、その分も上乗せして、$121送金します。
今からその手続きを行いますので、PayPalを確認してください。

As I can't proceed with the processing of the cancellation, I called ebay to confirm.
It looks like the transaction status is reflected as [consolidate 2 transactions] but if only 1 is cancelled, the processing becomes complicated.
As such, I will not proceed with the cancellation process and instead do a refund to PayPal.
However, as this will mean a deduction of commission fees at your PayPal account, I have added this portion to the refund of $121.
I will do this transaction now so please confirm it in your PayPal account.
