5月にご連絡頂いたサイズよりも大きい箱で届きました。
届いた箱はそのまま返品しましたので中を見ていません。
また私たちは申し訳ございませんが商品を1箱から2箱に分ける作業は行えません。
EMSではなくてUPSでなら発送も可能ですが送料がかなり高額になります。
実際の重量ではなく商品の大きさで決まる容積重量というものが採用されます。
実重量と容積重量のどちらか重たい方で計算されます。
1kgが概ね2000円ほどになります。
もしそれでもいいのであれば私が電話で交渉して代わりに手配します。

I received it in a larger box than the size you told me in May.
I returned the box as it was without opening and looking inside.
We are very sorry but we can not divide the products from 1 box to 2 boxes.
Although it is possible to ship with UPS instead of EMS, the shipping cost will be quite expensive.
The dimension weight will apply which is determined by the size of the product rather than the actual weight.
It is calculated with the heavier one of the actual weight and the volume weight.
1 kg is about 2000 yen.
If that's ok with you, I will negotiate over the phone and arrange it for you.
