5月にご連絡頂いたサイズよりも大きい箱で届きました。
届いた箱はそのまま返品しましたので中を見ていません。
また私たちは申し訳ございませんが商品を1箱から2箱に分ける作業は行えません。
EMSではなくてUPSでなら発送も可能ですが送料がかなり高額になります。
実際の重量ではなく商品の大きさで決まる容積重量というものが採用されます。
実重量と容積重量のどちらか重たい方で計算されます。
1kgが概ね2000円ほどになります。
もしそれでもいいのであれば私が電話で交渉して代わりに手配します。

Size of the box which arrived was bigger than than the size we were informed in May.
We returned the box as it was so we did not open it.
Also, we are afraid but we cannot divide items from one box to two boxes.
Instead of EMS, we can send by UPS but the shipping charge will be very expensive.
Volume weight applies to the size of item instead of actual weight.
Either actual weight and volume weight, heavier weight will be used for calculation.
Roughly 1kg would cost 2,000 JPY.
If you agree to it, I will negotiate over the telephone and arrange it on behalf.
