私はAの異議申立てについて伺いたい。Aの異議はお客様が商品未着として申し立てたもので、私は顧客の要望に従い全額返金を行おうと何度も試した。しかしBに返金に十分な残高があるにも関わらず、問題があると表示され返金処理が出来なかった。そのうちお客様がしびれを切らし異議申立てをエスカレーションしてしまった。私はこの異議を全額返金することで円満に解決したいがそれが出来ない状況になっている。貴社でこの問題を解決出来ないでしょうか？このような場合でも未解決としてカウントされるのでしょうか？

However, despite the fact that the balance for refund was sufficient for B, it was indicated that there is a problem. As a result, refund processing could not be done.
In the meantime the customer could not stand patience and filed an objection.
For me, I would like to settle this objection completely by refunding it in full. Unfortunately, however, I am unable to do so now.
