* 「お世話になっております」も「ありがとうございました」も、両方「Thank you for～」ではじまるため、省きました。英語ではこういった挨拶的な文は基本的に１行で済ませるケースが多いですし。

** 「どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます」をただの「敬具」に置き換えました。「Best regards」は結語の中で最も「よろしく」的な意味が強い言葉ですが、ただしニュアンスが非常にカジュアルです。同じ「敬具」ならば、一般的な「sincerely（心から）」や「faithfully（誠実に）」、もしくはへりくだって「obediently（従順に）」の方が良いかも知れません。
