・Aの金額を変更できないか？
・変更できない場合、辞退できるか？
上司が事態の深刻さを理解していない可能性もあるので、お手数ですが、上司に直接状況の連絡を電話でしてもらえないでしょうか？
場合によっては、〇〇社に直接訪問し、交渉したいと考えております。
（そもそも、本件はキックオフミーティングは必要無いのでしょうか？）

After I discussed with my boss, ewe have decided that we cannot accept with current price. Therefore, please check below matters.
-Can we change the price of A?
-If cannot change, then can we decline?
There is a possibility that my boss doesn't understand the severity of this matter, please talk to him via phone directly about current situation?
Depending on the situation, we would like to visit directly to 〇〇company and negotiate.

If you cannot change it, would you give up?
As the boss might not understand why serious the situation is, I hate to ask you, but would you call the boss by yourself and ask him how he understands it?
