昨日2000ドルのAmazonギフト券を注文しました。そうしましたら、その後下記のメールが届きました。私は新しいパスワードを登録し直しログインをしようとしましたができません。新しいパスワードを登録すると、最初は画面に「○○」と表示され成功します。しかしそのパスワードをそのまま使ってログインをしようとすると「△△」と表示されます。何度繰り返しても同じです。ログインができず商品を購入できないので大変困っています。これはどうすればよいですか？至急ご回答をお願いします。

I placed an order for a $2,000 Amazon gift voucher yesterday and received the following email. I have been unable to log-in again after I set a new password. When I registered my new password, the first page which appeared showed ○○ thus indicating that the change was successfully. However, when I tried to use this password to log-in, △△ was shown. This has been happening no matter how many times I have tried. I am very much inconvenienced because I can't log-in to purchase the product. What should I do in this case? I hope to get your immediate reply.

Yesterday I ordered $2000 gift card but after that I received an email as I've attached below. I tried to log in after registering a new password but I couldn't . When I tried to register a new password, first OO appeared on the screen and successful. But once I tried to log in using this password, △△ appeared on the screen and no matter how many times I try, it is the same. As I cannot log in, I cannot purchase and it is truely a nuisance . What can I do now? I would appreciate your immediate reply.
