もし、要求がガスケットとボルト・ナットのスペアのみであれば、USD200,000は可能です。
しかし、100％のエレメントが含まれているならボトムプライスはUSD210,000になります。
中国ローカルメーカーに価格で勝負するのは厳しいです。
