破損した商品の件ですが、受け手がお荷物を郵便局へ持ち込んでも保険申請を行うことはできないようです。
保険を掛けたのは発送元であり、発送元が郵便局へ申請し荷物を持ち込む必要があります。ですので、商品をそちらへ返送させてください。どうしても同意していただけなければ、ebayに異議の申し立てをするしかありません。
ご理解を宜しくお願いいたします。

With regard to the damaged item, it looks like the person receiving it cannot take it to the post office in order to make an insurance claim.
The sender is the person who has arranged the insurance, and hence it is the sender who has to go to the post office, with the damaged item, to make the application. Hence, I would like to send you the item back. If you do not agree to this I will be forced to raise a complaint with ebay.

Regarding the damaged item(s), I found that I, as the recipient, do not have the right to claim the insurance, even I brought the damaged item(s) to a post office here. Instead, I was told that it is the sender who took out insurance on the item(s), and it is the sender’s responsibility to take the item(s) to a post office in order to file the claim for the damage. Therefore, I would like to return the item(s) to you. If you do not agree in returning the item(s), I have no choice but to report to eBay in the worst-case scenario.

As the sender is covering assurance, he must apply to post for assurance about your damaged item. Please send the damaged item back to the sender. If you do not agree with our decision, please claim this case to ebay.
