When heating up and cooling down the extruder, A is used to be moved freely by tightening a fixing bolt on side of A.
If the fixing bolts on left side and right side are tightened completely, these may not be moved back and forth.
I think that there is no problem if these move back and forth so that A can respond to thermal expansion or heat-shrinkage of the extruder.
We heat these with bundled state and treat most resins there. And then, decompose these into element and each part, and heat these individually. I’m sorry for making you confuse yourself, but we don’t wash these from element state.

When you heat or cold an Extruder, loosen the bolt for fixing on the A side to move freely.
It seems that Fastening the bolt for fixing tightly makes it unable to move in front and behind.
If it is for that A deals with thermal expansion and heat shrink, it doesn't matter that it moves in all directions.
We heat-treat it in the state of bundle and process almost all of resin there.
In addition we decompose it into elements and each parts, and heat-treat individually.
We are sorry for confusing you, but we don't cleanse it in the state of elements.

When heating or cooling pressure machine, it should be used how loose a bolt for fix on the A’s side in order to make A move freely. When fixing both bolts for fix on each side tight completely, that can’t be able to move to back and forth. If the A is for heat-expansion or heat-shrink of the pressure machine, it’s no problems that moving to any directions.
We treat almost all resins after thermal processing on bundles. Further, we dissolve into a elements and particular parts and give these thermal process individually. I apologize for make misunderstandings. But we also don’t clean them on elements.

When heating up or cooling off a extrusion machine, screw the fixing bolts which is on both side of A and use the machine when A can be moving freely.
It seems that if the fixing bolts which is on both left and right side are completely tighted up, A would no be able to move back and forth.
I believe there is no problem if A moves back and forth, and left and right, in order for A to bundle a thermal expansion or thermal shrink of a extrusion machine.
We process heat in a condition of a bundle and treat most resins there. Afterward we divide them into element or each component and conduct a heat treatment separately. I am sorry to confuse you but that doesn’t mean we wash elements first.

In the heating and cooling of extruder, please loosen the fixation bolt in order A to move flexibly.
If the fixation bolt at both sides are fixed completely, to-and-fro movement become unavailable.
In order A to work even in thermal expansion and contraction of extruder, flexible movement in all directions should be no problem.
We give thermal treatment with bundle, and we treat almost all resin at this stage. Then, we disassemble each part from the element, and give them thermal treatment separately. Apologize that we made you misunderstanding, but please understand that we do not wash whole element.
