押出機の加熱時、冷却時はAのサイドにある固定用ボルトを緩めてAがフリーで動くようにして使用します。
左右の固定用ボルトを完全に締めると前後の移動もできなくなるようです。
Aが押出機の熱膨張、熱収縮に対応するためであれば、前後左右に動いても問題無いと考えております。
我々はバンドルの状態で熱処理をし、殆どの樹脂をそこで処理します。そこから、エレメントと各部品に分解して、個別に熱処理を行います。勘違いさせて申し訳ございませんが、我々もエレメントから洗浄するわけではありません。
When heating up and cooling down the extruder, A is used to be moved freely by tightening a fixing bolt on side of A.
If the fixing bolts on left side and right side are tightened completely, these may not be moved back and forth.
I think that there is no problem if these move back and forth so that A can respond to thermal expansion or heat-shrinkage of the extruder.
We heat these with bundled state and treat most resins there. And then, decompose these into element and each part, and heat these individually. I’m sorry for making you confuse yourself, but we don’t wash these from element state.
