まず、USAにおけるLEDライトビジネスに関する貴殿の興味深い情報に感謝します。
貴殿の要望しているカリフォルニアのミーティングに参加する件については、回答を
少し待ってもらえないでしょうか？
実は、来年の１月の初旬にラスベガスで開催されるＣＥＳに、コダック及びＲＴＩ社が
我々の製品が出展するとの未確認情報があり、現在それを確認しています。
もしそれが事実であれば、私は来年の１月７日に日本を出発するフライトを使い
ラスベガスを訪問したいと考えています。
現在の私の状況は１２月と１月の２回ＵＳＡを訪問する時間はとれません。
ＣＥＳに関する情報が確認できたら、すぐに私の回答をしますから、それまで
待って下さい。

First of all, thank you very much for your interesting information regarding the LED light business in the US.
As for your request concerning my attendance to the meeting in California, unfortunately I cannot give you a definite answer right now.
We obtained an unidentified information that Kodak and RTI are going to exhibit our products at CES, which is going to be held in Las Vegas in early January next year. we are investigating this matter now, but if this turns out to be true, I'm thinking of visiting Las Vegas on a flight departing here on January 7th.
I wouldn't have time to make two trip to the US, one in December and another in January, at the moment. I'm very sorry to keep you on hold, but I will reply to you as soon as we confirm this matter on CES.

Regarding to your request for my participation to the meeting in California, I would like to ask you to give me more time to reply.
The reason is that we have received a pending information that Kodak and RTI, Co. are planning to display our products at CES, which will be held in Las Vegas in the beginning of next January. We are currently verifying the infomation, but if it is verified, I intend to fly to Las vegas on the flight leaving Japan on Jan. 7th of next year. In that case, my current situation would not allow me the two trips to the U.S. in December and January(, thus I would have to turn down your offer).
I will inform you as soon as I confirm the information about CES, so please wait for my reply until then. I appreciate your patience.

In fact, there is an unconfirmed information that our product will be exhibited by Eastman Kodak and RTI Corporation at the CES which will be held in Las Vegas at the beginning of January next year, and we are checking on it now.
If it is true, I am thinking about getting on a flight from Japan to visit Las Vegas on January 7 next year.
My present situation does not allow me time to visit the U.S. both in December and January.
