As my schedule is full with Mizuho Bank tomorrow (December 20th Wednesday Japan Time), would you arrange for the telephone conference on December 21st Thursday? Is 8 o'clock in the morning by Japan time all right for you? It must be 6 o'clock in the evening on December 20th Wednesday by New York time.
In order to save your time, I will make a report about result of my activity in IBM this year and policy of next year's activity. After that, I will send it to you afterwards.
We should talk on the telephone by using it as a reference.

So I'd like to set our telephone conference on Dec. 21.
Is it possible to start the conference on 8:00 a.m. JST (Dec. 20, 18:00 p.m. at your place N.Y.)
And I'll send my paper which about my results through this year and plans to next year at IBM.
It will reasonable to use our time effective.
