この度はご迷惑をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございません。
今回のトラブルは出品ファイルを使ったアップロードのテストをし、その後商品を削除せずそのまま放置したことによって起こりました。
実際に販売をしたことはなく、ブランドオーナーに損害は与えていません。出品商品の見直しをしました。該当商品及び、現状販売する予定のないすべての商品を削除しました。今後このようなトラブルは起こしません。宜しくお願いいたします。

It was never sold for real, so no damage was caused against the brand owner. I have reviewed the listed items.
