この注文したアイテムは必ずダンボール又はビニール袋等で梱包して配送してください。何回も発送前に梱包依頼のメールを送付していますが、一度も履行されたことはありません。このアイテムは鉄パイプが数本入っており、日本までの配送途中で箱が破け、中の鉄パイプが飛び出して人がケガするリスクが非常に高いです。安全上の意味でも必ず何らかの梱包材で梱包して発送してください。配送部門に必ずこの事を正確に伝えてください。

Please make sure to pack the items in my order in a carton box or in a plastic bag.
Although I have emailed you many times requesting this packing method prior to shipment, it has never been fulfilled.
This item contains several iron pipes, which may break through the box in transit to Japan and it is very likely that someone gets injured by the pipes.
For safety reasons, please make sure to pack them with some packing material before shipping.
I would like you to ensure that your shipping department knows about this issue.

Please pack this product you ordered with cardboard or plastic bags and deliver it. I have sent the mail requesting the packaging to you many times before shipping but you have never fulfilled my request. This product contains several iron pipes and the risk that the box breaks on the way to Japan and then people are injured by the iron pipes going out from the box is very high. Please make sure to pack it with some kind of packaging material and ship it considering safety. And accurately tell this to the delivery department.
