2015年頃セラーアカウントを作成したと思うのですが、しばらくログインしていなかったためか、ログインが出来ない状態となっています。再開するにはどうすれば宜しいでしょうか？再開できない場合は新しいアカウントを作成しても問題ないでしょうか？

I remember I opened a seller account around 2015, but currently I cannot login probably because I have not logged in for a long time. Can you please tell me how to reopen my account? In case I cannot reopen my account at any rate, would it be possible for me to open yet another new account?

I think I made my seller account in 2015, but it seems like I cannot log in since I haven't used it for a while.
How could I possibly reuse this? Or if it's not allowed, is that alright to make another account?

Hello.
I resistered my seller account sometime around 2015 but I am not able to log into the account maybe because I haven't logged in for quite a while. How should I do to start using my account? Or doesn't it a problem if I create another account with my name in case my old account is no longer available?
