あれほど注文時にダンボールで梱包して送付してくれと依頼したにもかかわらず、また梱包されずに送付されてきた。添付写真を見れば分かるが、10個ともに外箱が破損している。ドイツamazonは、顧客との約束を破り、信頼を損なった。どうして倉庫部門の担当は梱包せずに送付するのか理解できない。これは日本の顧客への嫌がらせですか?カスタマーセンターと倉庫部門の伝達が全くうまくいってないことを裏付けている。単なる謝罪だけでは済まないし、とにかく業務改善マニュアルを提出してください。

After so requests of packaging the orders with cardboard boxes, and sending the products, the products are still sent without packaging. I think you can see it for yourself from the pictures, and all the outer boxes of the 10 products are damaged. Amazon Germany has broke their promise and I have lose trust in them. Why can't the warehouse in-charge understand on sending without packaging? Are they out to irritate Japanese customers? It is a fact that the communication between the customer service and the warehouse department is not good. It would not be sufficient if it is just an apology, hence please submit a work improvement manual anyway.

Even though I insisted at the order time to ship in corrugated cardboard, you have shipped without my request. Though you can see in the attached photo, all 20 boxes are damaged outsides. German Amazon broke promise with customer and lost its reliability. I cannot understand why the charge of the warehouse shipped without corrugated cardboard packing. Is it a sort of harassment to Japanese customers? It tells the communication between customer center and warehouse department is not going well. A simple apology does not make enough. In any case, please submit me a work improvement manual.

Germany Amazon broken a commitment with the customer and lost their trust. I can not understand why the person in charge of the warehouse send the products without packing. Is this harassment to Japanese client? This is the proof that the communication between the customer center and warehouse department is not well done. I won't forgive just your apology, but would like you to submit the operation improvement manual to me anyhow.
