2個届いた時にセラーに質問をしたところ、もう1個は別便で届くので
もう少し待ってくださいと言われ1週間待ちましたが、まだ到着しません。

1. Would it break the rule to negotiate the price from the inquiry box?
It's just to ask to reduce the price, not to lead any transactions outside of Amazon.

Even if I make a question to the seller from amazon's question field that won't become a violation of the agreement right?
I'm only asking to cut the price of the displayed product so
I am not inciting to make the transaction outside of amazon.

When the two units arrived, I made the question to the seller but the other unit was going to arrive by separate mail so he told me to wait for a little, I waited 1 week but it hasn't arrived yet.
