フォワーダーさんから連絡がありまして、中国の工場とやり取りをしている最中だそうですが、
コマーシャルインボイスとパッキングリストが必要だそうで、出荷の準備ができない状況だそうです。
こちらのインボイスとパッキングリストをいただけませんでしょうか？
また、中国の工場のほうに再度連絡をしていただけるとスムーズに進むと思います。
日本に届くのを楽しみにしているのですが、もう少し時間がかかりそうです・・・。
何卒よろしくお願いします。
日本は夏になるので、ライトはしばらくはうれなくなりそうです。

We got a contact from a forwarder, and they say that they are currently corresponding the factory in China and they can not proceed for the shipping arrangement because need a commercial invoice and a packing list for that.
Could I get the invoice and packing list, please?
Also, everything will go smoothly if you get in touch with the factory in China, once again.
I can't wait for it to arrive in Japan, however it seems to take a little longer...
