バイヤー様がご自身で税関に連絡してください。
税関の問題はebayでもバイヤー様の責任とポリーでうったてあります。

Product has been already arrived at France.
France customs does not allow you to receive product without your direct contact.
This is common among all foreign transaction dealer.
So I am dissapointed in this case.
Please contact customs buyer yourself.
eBay also states customs problem lies on buyer.
Please confirm it.

The product arrived in France.
If you don't contact France's customs directly, they won't accept the product.
This is known by the traders that make business overseas.
It is why this case is very disappointing.
Please contact the customs yourself, buyer.
Even on eBay the customs problem is responsibility of the buyer and Polley.
Please confirm it.
