If you think that the measured value is not accurate, Please try cleaning the electrode once more. 73% of the reason of the inspection is for the leftover wipe of the object to be measured and the adhesion of oil on surface. The way of fix these problem is to wash the dirt away from the sensor section with mild detergent and water. After washing, 88% of the malfunctioned instruments has been fixed. Actually it would be so rare that this product to have failuresince it has high accuracy. If you cannot fix it with above mentioned way, you should contact Taiwan's support department so that you will it faster and more smoothly. No full refund of the goods or compensation of the transportation cost will be done for unpacked and used product.
