恐らくBank Aにプロテクトがかかっています。
解除方法は下記の通りです。
1、SYSTEMを押す
2、カーソルキーを使い「PROTECT A」を表示。
表示の横が「 ON」になっていれば＋か−ボタンでOFFにし「EXIT」を押す。
もし「ネバーパワーオフ」と表示が出たら画面がかわるまでお待ち下さい。
これで解除されるはずです。
不要なデータを削除すれば録音できるはずです。
メモリーカードは商品説明に記載している通り、もともと付属しておりません。
必要であれば購入頂くようお願い致します。

Probably Bank A is protected.
Below is how to unprotect it.
1. Press SYSTEM.
2. Use the cursor key to display "PROTECT A".
If the side of the display is "ON", make it OFF by + key or - key and press "EXIT".
In case "Never Power Off" is displayed, please wait till the display disappears.
The protection should be removed by the steps above.
Once you remove the unnecessary data, you should be able to record the sound.
As described in the item explanation, the memory card does not come together from the beginning.
If you need, please buy one separately.
