Originally, information of all attendees at a NYC conference is supposed to be collected by our Secretary Division, but as of now, the division seems to have only the following two people scheduled to attend. I also await the information update.

Originally information about all those who attend NYC meeting is gathered in secretary section of main office. However, as only information about 2 people who are going to attend has been gathered so far, I am waiting for update of the information.
As it is decided that K and will attend NYC, I am checking if they attend eating party held on Saturday.
