本来は、本社の秘書課にすべてのＮＹＣ会議の出張者の情報が集まってくる筈なのですが、現在は未だに以下の2名の渡航予定者の情報しか集まってきていないようで、情報のアップデートを私も現在待っている状態です。
Ｋさんと、Ｍさんの、ＮＹＣへの渡航は決定しておりますので、現在土曜日の会食への参加の有無の確認しております。

Originally information about all those who attend NYC meeting is gathered in secretary section of main office. However, as only information about 2 people who are going to attend has been gathered so far, I am waiting for update of the information.
As it is decided that K and will attend NYC, I am checking if they attend eating party held on Saturday.
I will talk with the secretary section in Japan this evening. I will send the newest information to you this evening.
