In case an initial failure is found in the item which we sell, we usually cover the shipping fee for returning the item.

After we received the lens which you returned this time. we tried to use the lens with our own camera which is almost brand-new.

But we could not hear any strange noise from the returned lens which you showed in the picture.

We issued a full refund to you right away.

We sent the lens to the manufacturer to have the lens investigated. And finally we received the inspection report from them that the lens is nothing wrong.
The report contains the serial number of the lens.
