X検査での担癌患者おける偶発胃癌の発見率とその有効性
今日の癌診療でXは広く用いられているが、肺癌を主要目的としないX検査にて胃に偶然集積を認めることに時々遭遇する.胃に異常集積を認めた症例に関して,発見率との集積度の関連を評価した.
2012/4-12までの間に当院でX検査を施行した8件中、男性症例は5例であった。少なくとも2名のCT専門医が胃に偶発的な異常集積を指摘し、P測定を読影レポートにて勧めた症例は4例であった。このうち診療経過が追跡可能であった3例を対象とした。
In current cancer diagnosis and treatment, X is widely used, but with an X examination which doesn't have lung cancer as its primary aim, the observation of a sudden accumulation in the stomach is sometimes encountered. With regard to cases where an abnormal build-up in the stomach is noticed, the relation between the discovery rate and the amount of accumulation was evaluated.
Amongst 8 X examinations carried out in this hospital between April and December 2012, there were 5 examples of male cases. At least 2 of the CT specialists identified an incidental abnormal accumulation in the stomach, and there were 4 cases advised in the radiographic image interpretation report of the P measurement. Amongst these, 3 of them were made the object of possibly having the progress of their medical diagnosis and treatment tracked.
X is widely used in today'S cancer treatment, we sometimes encounter incidental accumulation in stomach in X examination which is not primary purpose to discover lung cancer. We evaluate the relation between the discovery rate and the accumulation rate in regard to the disease cases with abnormal accumulation in stomach.

In a current practice where X-ray screening is widely used for cancer patient, we often encounter incidental finding of signals in the stomach by a X-ray test that is not primarily aimed at lung cancer. We assessed the association between the discovery rates and intensity of signals.
Among the eight patients that we performed a X-ray test for in our hospital in a period from April to December in 2012, five cases were male patients. We had four patients for who at least two CT specialized doctors pointed out incidental abnormal signals in the stomach, and recommended P measurement in their reports. Among them we included three patients for who we could trace back their medical histories.
As of today, X-ray examination is widely used for cancer examination, sometimes we encounter incidental accumulation in stomach under X-ray examination which is not mainly targeted for lunge cancer. We evaluated an association of detection and accumulation rate about the cases which showed abnormal accumulation in stomach .5 cases out of 8 cases who had X-ray examination at our hospital during 2012 /4-12 were male. At least 2 Dr. who are specialist of CT indicated incidental abnormal accumulation in stomach, 4 cases were recommended to take P measurement in X-ray interpretation report. 3 out of 4 cases which were able to be tracked for certifying medical examination were taken as subjects.
