That item is unused so don't worry. Regarding the shipping abroad, the package will be open once in order to remove the lithium batteries. If you wish a repayment, send it to the following address. When we receive the item we will do the repayment. In case you don't return the article, Will you be able to cancel the products request? it will be quite a trouble.
