証明書を取り寄せしたくてもドイツmint宛てに間に合せ方法がわからないので出来ません。
クレームを出しているのは日本だけではない。アメリカもクレームが出るとおもいます。
アメリカ人がeBAYで転売する目的で購入された方は返品に要求されるかもしれません。
貴社は海外発送に対応してないし、私が購入した責任があるので20ドル返送料を負担します。
出品の重大なミスした責任があるので貴社が返品手数料を請求するすることは勘弁してください。

Americans bought for selling on eBAY will request to return the item.

I paid custom tax 6.5% + local tax 2% = 8.5% to import to Japan. In order to get a refund of the paid tax I need to take a day off and go to a governmental custom tax office with the package. The administrative work would take all day long.
