備考: ebayで落札しました。証明書が2015年に記載しておりました。2016年が正しい。
証明書が用意できなければ返品させて頂きたい。

日本へ輸入する時に通関税６．５%＋地方税２%＝８．５%負担しています。税を払い戻すには仕事を休み返送する荷物を持って政府機関の関税事務所へ行かなければなりません。手続きに丸1日かかります。
2016年の証明書を用意が出来ないならば購入時に支払した全額をPayPalにて返金して下さい。
返送先は納品書に書いてある住所でよろしいですか？→住所
eBayクレームに解決しなかったら全額を返金する様にPayPal異議に提出します。
最後なりますが入札されないようブラックリストを解除して下さい。

I paid custom tax 6.5% + local tax 2% = 8.5% to import to Japan. In order to get a refund of the paid tax I need to take a day off and go to a governmental custom tax office with the package. The administrative work would take all day long.
If you cannot prepare the certificate in 2016, you would have to return the exact amount of money that you received for this purchase to PayPal.
Can I send back the item to the address written in the shipping slip?
I will file a claim to get a refund to PayPal if the problem will not be solved by eBay claim.
Lastly, please remove blacklist to avoid bidding.
