When I set AUD time deposit by online banking, I didn't understand the meaning of English in auto update column so I set it to update automatically. I did not mean to automatically update unlimited time deposit, and I want to change it to one year time deposit or cancel after the term expires in November. I was informed that for type of my account I must go to Hong Kong to do so, but I am handicapped and use a wheelchair, and currently I cannot go to Hong Kong where barrier free system is not fully equipped.
