ネットバンキングでAUDの定期預金を設定したときに、自動更新の欄の英語の意味が分からず、そのまま自動更新にしてしまった。私は定期預金を無期限の自動更新にするつもりはなく、1年間の定期預金に変更か11月の満期での解約をしたいです。私の口座種類では香港へ渡航が必要とのことですが、私は車椅子の障害者で、現状、バリアフリーの設備が整っていない香港への渡航はできません。その事情を配慮していただき、何とか書面で1年間の定期預金への変更かもしくは11月の満期での解約の手続きをお願いします。

I ask you to consider the circumstances and manage to take the procedures to change it to a fixed deposit of one year time or cancel it at the expiration of the time in November just in writing.
