1：８月９日の面会時間は何時頃が都合が良いですか？
私は何時でも構いません。
2：場所は私が準備しますが、個室は必要でしょうか？

The EU issue is the topic which everyone is speaking about in Japan as well.
It can not be predicted in the future but I believe that you all are going to get together to grow up.
Regarding to the matter in August 9th, I'm happy to go to meet you.
I will contact a who was the previous interrupter so we will go together.
I have 3 questions.
1, what time is your convenient time for the meeting on August 9th? Any time will be fine for me.
2, I will get a place but do you need a private room?
